This category doesn't change how Black Saints collects or protects data — this page just explains what's specific to buying a digital key or subscription seat, whether you buy directly or through a wholesale reseller.

If you buy directly from Black Saints

• Your order details and the payment information needed to process the charge, handled by Stripe on Black Saints' own account — Black Saints does not store your full card number.
• A delivery email address, used only to route your key or seat to the right order.
• Optionally, an activation issue you report, used only to resolve a replacement or refund request under the Refund Policy.

If you buy through a wholesale reseller

• The order identifier and the product purchased, so the correct key can be issued and matched to a settlement record.
• A delivery email address, passed through from the partner's storefront, used only to route the key to the right order — Black Saints does not use it for marketing.
• Optionally, an activation confirmation reported by the partner or end customer, used only to resolve a replacement or credit request under the Refund Policy.

What we don't do

Black Saints does not sell key-purchase data to third parties, and does not share an end customer's delivery email with any party other than the sourcing supplier when required to investigate a specific activation issue.

Retention

Order and delivery records are retained for as long as needed to honor the Refund Policy's reporting window and for standard financial record-keeping, consistent with the retention terms in the site-wide Privacy Policy.
