Inventory Financing
Web / Ordering Account Agreement
Ordering account access. If this application is approved, Black Saints will provision web/portal ordering access to the Password Administrator named below within a reasonable time. That individual is responsible for managing any additional user logins issued under this account.
Data handling. Information submitted here — including bank and trade references and any Social Security Numbers collected for credit decisioning — is used only to evaluate this application and, if approved, to service this account, and is protected using encryption consistent with the rest of this platform's security practices. See our Privacy Notice for detail.
Payment terms. If Net terms are granted, Black Saints reserves the right to require prepayment on any order, or to suspend further orders, if this account becomes past due or if the credit line granted is exceeded. Amounts owed may not be offset against any other claim without Black Saints' prior written consent.
Returns. Returns are handled under the RMA & Returns Policy in effect at the time of the order, including its inspection window and reseller-pays-return-freight terms — this application does not modify that policy.
Confidentiality. Pricing, credit terms, and any other non-public information Black Saints shares with this account are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without Black Saints' consent.
This is not the Wholesale Partner Agreement. Acknowledging these terms sets up ordering-account access only. If your application is approved, you will separately review and electronically sign the current Wholesale Partner Agreement and RMA & Returns Policy before any wholesale credentials are issued — see the Review & Sign step next.
