Black Saints LLC ("Black Saints," "we," "us") operates Black Saints Direct, a wholesale ordering platform for approved resellers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect from partners

When a business applies for wholesale access we collect business identifying information (business name, contact details), the State Sales and Use Tax Permit number and supporting documentation used to verify resale eligibility, and payment account details needed to settle wholesale orders.

2. Information collected through the widget

When an end customer places an order through a partner's embedded catalog, we collect the order details (products, quantities, pricing) and the shipping information needed to fulfill that order. Payment is handled by the partner's own connected payment processor; Black Saints does not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use this information to verify partner eligibility, operate the catalog and order API, fulfill orders, settle payments between Black Saints and partners, and communicate about accounts and orders. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processing and shipping) only as needed to provide the service, and as required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain partner and order records for as long as needed to operate the platform, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your choices

Partners can request a copy of, or correction to, the information we hold about their business by contacting us. End customers with questions about an order should contact the partner they purchased from, who is the seller of record.
