Terms of Service Addendum — Microsoft Windows Applications

0. Two kinds of customer in this category

Most Black Saints Direct categories are wholesale-to-approved-resellers only. Microsoft Windows Applications is the exception: Black Saints also sells directly to individuals in bulk, with no reseller account required. If you bought directly on the software category page, Black Saints is the seller of record to you, and terms 2–3 below (which describe the reseller's role as seller of record) don't apply to your purchase — you're covered directly by this addendum, the Refund Policy, and the site-wide Terms of Service. If you're an approved wholesale reseller, the full addendum applies.

1. Not affiliated with Microsoft

Black Saints is an independent reseller. We are not Microsoft Corporation, an authorized Microsoft retail store, or an official Microsoft partner storefront. "Microsoft," "Windows," and "Office" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation used here solely to describe the genuine products supplied through this category.

2. One activation per key

Each license key is intended for a single activation in accordance with Microsoft's own end-user license agreement. Partners agree not to resell an activated key a second time, and to make their own end customers aware that a key is single-use once redeemed.

3. Partner is responsible for downstream compliance

The partner, as seller of record to their own customer, is responsible for ensuring their own storefront's marketing and sale of Microsoft products complies with Microsoft's licensing terms and applicable law in the jurisdictions they sell into. Black Saints supplies genuine, correctly sourced keys; it does not review or approve a partner's own marketing copy.

4. Sourcing channel disclosure

Products in this category may be sourced through direct or API-based key distribution, Tier 1 Microsoft CSP/VAR programs, or — disclosed internally and used only when the other channels can't meet demand — OEM/MAK volume clearinghouses. Black Saints represents that every key delivered is genuine and was obtained through one of these channels; it does not represent that every channel carries identical activation-support terms from Microsoft.

5. No warranty beyond the Refund Policy

Black Saints' sole obligation for a defective or non-activating key is the replacement-or- credit remedy described in the category Refund Policy. Black Saints disclaims any further warranty, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Export and use restrictions

Partners are responsible for complying with any export control or regional-licensing restriction that applies to the specific Microsoft product and region they are reselling into.
